Prepared for Sean Herrero · Danville / Bay Area, CA

Sean, here's what your production is worth at Swift.

You already do the hard part — you originate, and you lead. At Swift Mortgage you keep 100% of your comp and pay one flat fee of $995 per funded loan. No split. No junk fees. This page runs your own numbers so you can see the difference yourself.

Sean, I recorded this just for you.

How Swift's math works: gross comp ($0) is yours in full. Swift deducts $995 × 203 loans = $0 — that's the whole cost. No percentage split, no desk fee, no tech fee, no marketing fee. Estimates assume the same volume and comp you set on the left; your actual comp plan is confirmed in writing before you sign anything.

Side by side

Most retail comp plans were designed when branch managers and regional layers needed feeding. Swift runs lean on purpose — and the difference goes to the person who earned it.

Beyond the split

The pay math gets your attention. These are the reasons people stay.

$350

Wealth Builder

Recruit a loan officer who closes deals at Swift and you earn $350 on every loan they fund. Build a team, get paid like you built one.

12

States, one license home

Your referral partners and past clients don't stop at the state line. Swift is licensed in 12 states, so the loan across the border is still your loan.

Swift's biannual LO conference brings in Mike O'Dowd and Roland Cochrun for real coaching on production and business-building — not a vendor expo.

Support that answers

When a file is stuck at 4:45 on a Friday, you don't open a ticket. You call, and a person who can actually move it picks up.

A note from Mike

Sean — nineteen years in, a branch of your own, and $184 million in the last fourteen months. You've built the kind of business most originators spend a career chasing. I built Swift the way I wished someone had built a shop for producers like you: lean, honest math, and nothing taken off your comp that you didn't agree to in writing.

I don't want your production for a quarter. I want to be the last move you make — the place where the numbers finally match the work. Run the calculator above with your real split. Then let's talk for twenty minutes and I'll show you exactly how your first ninety days would look.

No pressure either way. If the math doesn't beat where you are, I'll tell you to stay.

The questions every LO asks

Is there really no split?

Really. You keep 100% of the comp your loans generate. Swift's revenue is one flat $995 fee per funded loan — it's how the company earns, stated up front, and it's the same for every file. There are no tier resets, no manager overrides taken out of your check, and no surprise line items.

Broker or non-delegated — which would I be?

Both doors are open at Swift. Price a deal through the broker channel when that wins, or run it non-delegated when that wins. You choose per loan, based on the borrower's best execution — not on which channel pays the house more, because the house fee is flat either way.

I lead a branch today — what happens to my team?

That's a conversation worth having in detail, and it's exactly what the call with Mike is for. Loan officers you personally bring to Swift also feed your Wealth Builder: $350 on every loan they fund. Any team arrangement is mapped out and confirmed in writing before you make a move — nothing improvised after the fact.

What about my current pipeline and clients?

Your relationships are yours. We'll map your in-flight files and your license transfers before you give notice anywhere, so nothing you built gets stranded. The move is planned around your borrowers, not our onboarding calendar.

I'm licensed in states beyond California. Can I keep lending there?

Swift Mortgage is licensed in AZ, CA, CO, FL, LA, MI, NC, NM, OR, TX, VA, and WA. If your book spans those states, it comes with you. If you're licensed somewhere we're not, we'll talk honestly about what that book is worth before you decide anything.

What does the $995 actually cover?

It's Swift's flat per-funded-loan fee — the company's entire take on your file. No additional desk fee, tech fee, marketing fee, or per-file junk charges get stacked on top of it.

Sean — twenty minutes. Your numbers, on the table.

One call with Mike. He'll walk your exact production through the Swift comp plan, answer the hard questions, and give you the plan in writing. If it doesn't beat where you are, you've lost twenty minutes and gained a benchmark.

Confidential. Nothing here is shared with your current employer, and there's no obligation attached to the conversation.
